Inspect Your Package
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your mithai box or snacks for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the individual seals.

Send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Internal Review
Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if the product qualifies for a replacement based on our freshness standards.
Resolution and Credit
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement package at no extra cost or issue a digital gift card for your next sweet indulgence.
